Exploring ideologies of leaders

My grade4 students are exploring the ideologies/qualities of a leader. They were given a project where they formed groups and each group was assigned a task in a particular field like games, environment, humanitarian and manage resources of class.
Each group had to choose a leader who would eventually guide the group into completion of the task. After completion of the task, students had to reflect on their leader's qualities and ideologies.

This group is managing the resources of the class and they were very efficient in it.

 

This is the group which was assigned to create awareness towards humanitarian work. They decided to make a poster for it.

 

This group was playing indoor and outdoor games and they completely enjoyed the process. They considered themselves the luckiest group to have got this opportunity.

 

This group created awareness towards saving the environment through a role play

 

 

 

 

Prior Knowledge

My enthusiastic learners have been totally busy doing pre-unit assessments in Maths, Unit Of Inquiry and English. Soon they will be embarking into learning engagements in the above subject areas.
